Rainbow and Graybow are from the skies above and come down to Earth in a race to help people and animals and collect points that will give them honor in their home in the skies. They have to race from their home in the skies and return to Earth where they have to travel the world from country to country spreading love and hope to the world. Helping people and animals score points recorded by the score clouds that follow them keeping score that will be used at the end of the race back in the clouds and skies above to see who will be named the winner. Once the people find out that they are here on earth, some want to catch them and hold them for money and power and others want to see them win the race.
